CRM staff work with churches, pastors, and lay leaders by coaching and equipping them to plant, lead and grow dynamic, culturally relevant churches. We do this through consistent and long-term relationships, mentoring, and formal training.

Brian and Kellie Ingraham are planting a church in the University town of Glasgow.  Here you are less likely to meet an evangelical Christian in a day than you would in Saudi Arabia.  They have gathered a body of believers and are equipping them to permeate a one-Christian culture with the reality of Jesus Christ.
